Welcome Back
We are so glad to be back to school and starting another busy year. We hope you all had a wonderful holiday and are starting the year 2012 in good health.
Health reminder for parents
Please do not send students to school if they have had a fever or have been throwing up in the last 24 hours. We have scoured the building to make it as germ free as possible over the holiday so we can keep all of the students healthy. Lets keep the germs out of the building as long as possible. Thank you!
Dentist R Us…
will be visiting our school on January 26th, the visiting dentist will be available to perform exams, cleaning, fluoride, x-rays (if needed) and sealants when necessary. If you would like your child to be seen, please fill out the consent form and return it to the office or your classroom teacher. Notice to parents: Students, who have had a cleaning within the last 6 months, are not eligible to be seen.
Family Sledding Night
Please join us Wednesday, January 18th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. for a evening of family fun, sledding, hot dogs, and hot chocolate. What more could we ask for other than snow.
CALENDAR CHANGE: We moved this years sledding night to Wednesday, January 18th due to a basketball game scheduled for the 19th. As expected, if there is not enough snow to have the sledding night we will reschedule. If you have any questions feel free to call the office.
Athletic Boosters Raffle Tickets (Pando Day Pass)
The Athletic Boosters are trying to raise money for new bleachers for the gym. As part of this fundraiser we have asked for donations (i.e. tickets, gift cards, merchandise) from local business and Pando has graciously donated 2 day passes. As a winter event we decided to raffle them off earlier than our main fundraiser event so that they could still be used this winter. If you are interested in purchasing tickets see Terri Butler at Joe’s Market, tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.
